Training streak

Have you trained in consecutive weeks?

What it shows

The streak is a count of consecutive calendar weeks containing qualifying completed working sets. It is not a count of consecutive days and does not require a workout every day.

The streak sits beside session efficiency; read its number as weeks, not workouts.
The streak sits beside session efficiency; read its number as weeks, not workouts.

How to read it

A week with one completed workout is active, as is a week with three. If the current week has no workout yet, the count can start from the preceding week; an older empty week breaks the chain.

Example

If you trained in each of the previous six weeks and have not trained yet this week, the previous run can still be shown. A gap between those six weeks would break it. This helps read consistency without mistaking it for session frequency.

Period, units and filters

Week boundaries follow your Week starts on setting. The streak looks back through finished history. Changing 1M to 1W does not make an eight-week streak a one-week streak. A muscle or classification scope can change which training qualifies.

Investigate the result

Use Muscle training frequency to distinguish how often individual muscles were trained during that streak.
