Effective load

The load used for rep-based load and volume calculations. For external resistance it is the logged positive weight. For bodyweight work it combines the session body weight multiplied by the Exercise’s configured bodyweight factor with any added resistance. Missing required body weight can leave load-based results unavailable.

F

Fibularis

The lateral lower-leg muscle group listed under Legs. Reviewed heel raises and lateral jumps assign assisting work; selected loaded carries and unsupported unilateral movements assign additional stabilization. It is not added to every leg Exercise.

H

I

Isometric

Additional holding or stabilization of the working resistance. Static main targets remain Primary; substantial additional targets are Secondary. This supporting role contributes 0.25 in Combined analytics.

R

Recovery

One linear 72-hour scale: Primary leaves 72h, Secondary 48h, Isometric 12h. Readiness is 100 × (1 − remaining hours / 72), initially about 0%, 33% and 83%. Earlier stronger work still counts. No history shows 100% without a last-trained date.

Rep range distribution

A histogram of actual successful rep counts, grouped as 1–5, 6–10, 11–15, 16–20 and 21+. It does not describe planned range targets.

RPE

Rating of perceived exertion: an optional per-set effort value chosen in Settings. It does not change successful rep counts or automatically mark Failure.

S

Serratus Anterior

The muscle represented by the visible digitations on the side of the ribs, listed under Shoulders in TrainNotes. It participates in scapular protraction and upward rotation.
