Muscle sets and muscle volume

How much recorded work contributed to each muscle?

What it shows

Muscle sets shows weighted set contribution; Muscle volume shows weighted effective load × reps. Combined uses Primary 1.0, Secondary 0.5 and Isometric 0.25. These are contribution estimates from Exercise assignments.

The right-hand value is a contribution, not a percentage of all workouts.

How to read it

Read the numeric value first. Lines are scaled relative to the largest displayed value, so a full line does not mean every set in your programme involved that muscle. Different machines can have different resistance even when both show the same kg.

Example

An Exercise with three completed sets and 1,500 kg volume contributes 1.5 sets and 750 kg to a Secondary muscle in the weighted view. The actual log still contains three sets; the fractional figure is an attribution rule.

Period, units and filters

The period and role filter apply. Switching Sets to Volume changes both the values and their units. Muscle names can represent a root group or children of a selected group. Values aggregate upward through the muscle hierarchy.
