Distribution by muscle

What exact share does each displayed muscle have?

What it shows

The percentage rows express each muscle contribution divided by the sum of contributions for the displayed scope. A multi-muscle set can contribute to several rows before those shares are normalised.

Numeric percentages give the share. Bar length helps compare rows and periods.

How to read it

Read the percentage for the current share and use the legend to distinguish the current and previous bar colours. Bar lengths are scaled relative to the displayed maximum; a full-length bar is not automatically 100%.

Example

If displayed contributions are 10 and 30, their shares are 25% and 75%. The larger bar can fill the available line because it is the largest displayed share, even though its numeric label is 75%.

Period, units and filters

The role, metric and period match the radar. Within Chest, the denominator is the displayed chest muscles rather than the whole body. Percentages are rounded, so they may not add to exactly 100%.
