Movement type trend
When did Push, Pull and Legs receive their work?
What it shows
The Movement type trend plots Push, Pull and Legs over time. It helps distinguish a balanced total from a pattern that concentrated one movement family in only part of the period.

How to read it
Follow one legend colour across the dated buckets, then compare it with the other series. Tap a position for the value details. An empty bucket can mean no qualifying completed work for that scope.
A month can contain similar Push and Pull totals while most Pull work happened in its final week. The donut describes the total; this chart reveals its timing.
Period, units and filters
Use the selected metric and period mode. 1W shows daily buckets, 1M shows ten weekly buckets for context, and the longer modes use monthly buckets. In 1M, the trend can extend beyond the 30 days used by the headline totals, so inspect the dates rather than summing the whole trend as that total. The current muscle and classification context narrows qualifying work.
Investigate the result
